The Gulch is being developed by Marketstreet Enterprises in conjunction with selected developers, architects and urban planners. Marketstreet is composed of Jay Turner and Joe Barker as managing directors with a strong staff to assist them. Jay serves as the Managing Director with Joe acting as Chairman of the Executive Committee. Dirk Melton serves as the Development Director, along with Missy Phillips as the Chief Financial Officer. Strong relationships with third party contractors and developers have proved successful in developing The Gulch to date.

The Bristol Development Group is serving as Co-Sponser and developer of the ICON project in The Gulch. While in the past Marketstreet Enterprises has teamed up with the Nashville Housing Fund to bring about the Laurel House Apartments.  The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency as the developing entity for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County has spearheaded the development of  the Gulch's infrastructure and provided invaluable assistance.  All this has been coordinated by Marketstreet Enterprises.  Marketstreet Enterprises encourages Co-Development opportunities for the Gulch.
